Places play a crucial role in PsyTrace. Each encounter is required to have
an associated place for billing purposes. The term “place” refers to the
physical area where the client is seen.
The following places are required and cannot be changed or deleted:
PsyTrace allows for an infinite number of places. That is, the facility
is free to add new places as needed.
Note. The clinician that notices a particular Place is missing from the
list must contact the system administrator and ask that the missing location be added to
the list.
