PsyTrace always defaults to the most recent episode of care.
That is, when you ask to view information, it will proceed and show diagnoses, symptoms, etc.
for the most recent episode of care. In the Cover Sheet mode, reviewing past data or data from
another service/department is as simple as a click of the mouse over the episode of care
desired. In the console screen, to view past data or data from other services/departments
select the episode of care you want to review via a click of the mouse over the date for the
episode of care you want to review.
PsyTrace then makes the episode just selected the default one and will keep
things that way until you choose another episode of care or you choose to enter data. In the
latter case, PsyTrace automatically reverts back to the current, active
episode of care for your service/department (users are allowed to review data from other
departments, but are not allowed to enter data in episodes of care initiated by other
departments).

facilities).
