Employee Relations

Employee Relations refers to the Supervisor/Supervisee relationships of employees. Mental health facilities often have trainees that are assigned supervisors. The supervisors are ultimately responsible (in a legal sense) for the work of the trainees, including their documentation.

PsyTrace allows the facility to define the relationship between employees. Each employee can have multiple supervisees and/or multiple supervisors simultaneously, i.e., a resident can have one supervisor for each rotation s/he is currently assigned to.
