The Goals form shows the fields of one goal on top and the Goals for this Episode below.
A new goal
- Click the Episode, then the Goals list › .
- Click New Goal to clear the fields.
- Goal (List offers your facility's goals), Status Open, the Manager and the date Opened.
- Click Save Goal.
Changing or closing a goal
- Click the goal in Goals for this Episode: it is loaded into the fields.
- Change it — or, when the goal is reached, set the Status to closed and the date Closed. Closed By is filled in with you.
- Click Save Goal. Close closes the window.
The goals offered come from the lookup table L_Goal (). A discharged Episode is locked: the form opens to look at, without Save Goal.
