Victoria is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) providing individual psychotherapy for adults. She specializes in supporting clients experiencing challenges related to emotion regulation, stress management, interpersonal conflict, communication difficulties, and co-occurring substance use concerns.

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices with integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed skills, and Motivational Interviewing to support clients in developing healthier coping strategies, improving emotional awareness, and creating meaningful behavioral change.

Treatment focuses on building practical skills, increasing emotional resilience, and supporting clients in moving toward a more grounded and values-consistent life.

She also works with clients to strengthen emotion regulation skills, build and maintain healthy boundaries, and develop more effective communication patterns in relationships. Additional focus includes improving distress tolerance, reducing maladaptive coping strategies, and enhancing overall daily functioning and autonomy.

Victoria strives to provide a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in their personal growth. Her work emphasizes individualized treatment planning, culturally responsive care, and measurable progress aligned with client goals.
