Victoria is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Substance
Abuse Counselor (CSAC) providing individual psychotherapy for adults.
She specializes in supporting clients experiencing challenges related to
emotion regulation, stress management, interpersonal conflict, communication
difficulties, and co-occurring substance use concerns.

evidence-based practices with integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed skills, and Motivational
