IOP is an acronym for Intensive Outpatient Program.
According to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration
(SAMHSA), approximately 22.5 million Americans meet criteria required for
addiction treatment.
All people struggling with addiction issues have unique care needs. Some require
more intense and immersive treatment, known as inpatient, long term/residential
treatment, while others are able to get the resources they need through
treatment that keeps them remain involved in their day-to-day lifestyle.
IOPs are designed to help the latter category of people struggling with addiction
issues, i.e., the program gives the flexibility that comes with outpatient treatment
while offering an intense and long-term program.
We currently offer two IOPs:
1.
Men's only (in partnership with
Hahoko)
2.
Women's only (in partnership with
HMHB)
Both IOPs are CARF-accredited, harm-reduction IOPs. That is,
we accept
participants on medical cannabis, and/or other medications.
Please contact
Alissa or Antonio Gino for details and to initiate
admission to either IOP.
